stock rose 4.6% after the software company said late Friday that it completed an investigation into its accounting and determined there will be no restatement of financial results. It also filed first-quarter preliminary earnings and sales that were higher than Wall Street had expected.

stock climbed 7.5% after The Wall Street Journal reported that a revised offer from Skydance Media allows shareholders to cash out at a premium.
