Wall Street’s actions closed on Friday, with the record of a new record, because investors were optimistic about the potential decline in interest rates. It was the 18th Nasdaq record closing for 2025, with the technological index now up approximately 11% for the year so far. The end finished just at the end of a record finish.

The three main indexes recorded solid gains for the week. The 30 shares increased by approximately 1.4%, the S&P 500 benchmark climbed by 2.4%and the Nasdaq, heavy in technology, added 3.9%.

More volatility could be in store in the coming week, investors assess the prospects of the economy, inflation, interest rates and benefits of companies in the midst of current trade tensions.

In the economic calendar, the report on the inflation of US consumer prices on Tuesday, which should show the annual ICC head of 2.8% in annual shift in July.
